XR600-Dominator gearbox compatibility

Hello!
My pig has broken the gearbox. 1069 euros to repair it. Does a complete 93 Dominator gearbox fit on my 94 XR600??

Help needed...

yes it will fit, 1st and 2nd gear should have different ratios but it's not a problem

Many thanks lelef...just bought a complete tranny from a 94 dominator, gear dogs and gear drum with only 24.000 miles....seller described it as new...
The 1st and 2nd gear should be longer , correct (street use) ??

yes ,I remember longer ratios, searcing on the web should be possible to find spare parts codes and gear ratios to see the differences.
I also use a dominator gearbox on my 600 sm and it works fine.

counter-shaft of Dommy electric starter gear box, has a section larger than that of XR600...
the diameter must be reduced by machining or maybe you can replace with XR600 shaft or...buy gear box of motor with kick starter!
I use a XL600 gearbox on my 600.

already bought the dommy gearbox..im waiting for it on the mail..but it can me machined to fit, correct?its just the tip that fit on the bearing that its not the same size?

if you find this problem, as Mattia said,you can put all the gears on your old XR600 shaft
