thank you Tokyo San!!Was nice to rebuilt the XR.Finally the project ended as good as i was planning!
Im waiting on a Temperature Oil dipstick that i bought on ebay so i can check oil temperature and then install the oil cooler and see if it really works ot not

I forgot to mention that i installed some skate wheels on the axles about 1 month ago..2 days after installation i crashed on a intersection because i dont have 2nd gear i was turning in 3rd gear and suddenly the engine stalled...the rear slided and highsided me making me a "crash test dummie"..
No damage to me and just some scatches on the "beast"...

I think its time to repair the gearbox

Oil temperature Dipstick testing on boiling water!!its ok!!


Took a ride to test it and the average temperature of the oil is 90 - 95 Celsius......Is it ok?
